Costruita interamente in acciaio Roti 140 è stata studiata per la rettifica degli utensili di macchine punzonatrici.

La sua particolare attrezzatura di bloccaggio per punzoni e matrici permette un rapido e sicuro fissaggio dell'utensile da affilare ed una rotazione di 360°, consentendo così l'affilatura di punzoni con qualsiasi angolo di spoglia.

Il suo utilizzo è estremamente semplice e veloce.

Roti 140 permette l'affilatura di punzoni con codolo fino a 60mm e l'affilatura di matrici con diametri fino a 140 mm.

L'affilatura dei punzoni può essere eseguita anche senza estrarre il punzone dall'eventuale apparacchiatura di centraggio.

La macchina viene fornita con mola abrasiva di qualità Norton ed impianto di refrigerazione utensile.

Tensione di alimentazione a richiesta (230V 50HZ 1ph, 230/240V 50HZ 3ph).

Roti 140 è rispondente alle vigenti norme di sicurezza (direttiva CEE) e costruita prestando particolare attenzione alla sicurezza dell'operatore dotando la macchina di adeguate ed efficienti protezioni delle parti in movimento e riducendo a pochissimi secondi il tempo di fermata della mola abrasiva.

Roti 140 has been built entirely of steel and projected to rectifYy the stamping machine tools.
Its peculiar equipments, to block stamps and matrices, allowes a fast and sure tool's fixing that we can sharpen, and also a rotation of 360° which permits the stamp's fixing with every angle of their sides.

Its utilization is extremely easy and fast.

Roti 140 allowes to sharpen the stamps with a punch up to 60 mm. and the matrices with diameters up to 140mm.
We can also sharp the stamps without extracting the stamp from the center device of the machine.

This machine is supplied with abrasive grindstone of Norton Quality and a cooling installation.
